Well, well. Lookie how good life is when it wants to be.
Hmm, well.. yeahh! Been with Monsieur Tallon for about.. 5 ish weeks now.. and to be honest, it's been the best time of my life. Finally finding someone who actually loves me for what little looks I have and my sometimes nice (if I like you) personality.. that's pretty damn good if you ask me!

Anyway, enough about Lee.. however lovely he is.

Yep. Life's been generally pretty awesome recently. Thanks to my old school friend, Siobhan (I must thank her for that one day), I got introduced to loads of great people at college (one of those being Lee), and they're all lovely, lovely people.

So.. yeah! Thanks Siobhan! *gives hearts and shiz*

Thanks for reading.
Love,
Alex that isn't Capu.

College

Well, well, well. Here we are again.

Hello LiveJournalees.

Basically, it's the start of half term. I'm quite bored already. I started college this September, and in general it has been fantastic. Would recommend it to anyone (presuming I like you). But, this sudden overwhelming awesomeness in the form of new amazing friends, and less awesomeness in the form of much homework, has been much aplay upon my mind. Therefore, I have been silent on this here LJ and failed to write any type of story that could at all be classified as decent. Or that could at all be classed as anything.
But this may change!.. Temporarily.
I will be writing the beginning of a novel for my English coursework (no, I don't know why I took it either), and hopefully it will be somewhat good on A level standards. Nonetheless worthy for me to place upon here.
I believe that aforementioned coursework novel will have a distinct sci-fi feel to it. My first, seemingly brilliant idea, which has now faded like all my ideas do was to write a semi-post-apocalyptic story of five Earthlings from the distant future (15000ish I think) whom did decide to exit their planet (before the apocalypse of course) to find new habitation in the Andromeda Galaxy. Right well, basically;

200 MILLION YEARS LATER...
(Are you still here?)

...their ship makes it to Andromeda and the crew are awoken from suspended animation (quite baffled probably) to find themselves on the outskirts of M31.
And..

..

That's pretty much where my inspirative moment ended.
Any suggestions would be IMMENSELY appreciated.

But luckily that'll probably take at least a couple of chapters so I should have enough for college needs. Also fortunately I have a record of all the members of the crew and a basic idea of what the Prologue will be like. So I should.. in theory. Be able to do this over the break.

Wish me luck, dudes and dudettes!

Peace.

Okay, guys. Just to get this straight.

I'M HAPPY!!!

For once in my life, I'm really really genuinely happy. For not real reason other than I've been watching series 2 Doctor Who and have rediscovered it's awesomeness. And... I dunno. I've just realised that life is much more awesome that I have previously thought it to be.

So, boys and girls, here's my advice to the world:
Make the most of life. Not because it's short, not because 'the good times can't last', but because,

It. Is. GOOD.

Life. Is amazing, if you make it amazing. Tonight, was amazing.

:D

Now go on your way, and ENJOY LIFE. BECAUSE IT'S BLOODY BRILLIANT!!

HAAAAY!
Yep, another Doctor Who fic coming your way.

Or should I say, the START of another Doctor Who fic. >_> <_<
Probably another one that's gonna last about 3 days and then burn in FicHell with everything else.

Only remotely unusual thing is that this one is the Eighth Doctor instead of the Tenth, yay!

Yes, it probably does suck. But meh. One day I might actually FINISH one. :O

<_< Though it's unlikely.

As before, comments and stuff welcome. If you think you have a good idea for what happens next feel free to tell me and I'll write it in.

The afternoon drew to a close and the TARDIS stood proudly on a street corner, awaiting the return of it's master. Whom was currently otherwise engaged in apparently very pressing matters.

"Why thank you, sir. Most kind." The Doctor smiled warmly, his soft features moulding to the expression as if it was almost permanent. His deep, yet gentle voice vibrating through the air. He took his fresh bag of jelly babies from the counter of the sweet shop and exited without a further sound, his long, velvety black coat flowing behind him as he wandered along the near empty British high street. Cobbled pavestones clacked underfoot as he made his way back to the TARDIS.

She greeted him with a telepathic hum, the Doctor stepped up to his timeship and stroked the side of the wooden Police Box tenderly. Extracting the TARDIS key from an inside pocket, he turned to face the way he'd came, mildly surprised when a young female face appeared in his eyeline.
"Not many people iare able to sneak up on me like that, you have my congratulations." The Doctor gave a small bow and a smile in the girl's direction. "Friend or foe, may I enquire?"
"Friend until further notice, I believe." The young girl replied. "Sir." She added as an afterthought, throwing the Doctor a grin.
"Always good to know." He said warmly. "May I also enquire as to your business talking to a stranger?"
"You're not a stranger," She retorted. "I've met you before."
"Oh? When was this?"
"Just now."
The Doctor laughed, his smile growing into a small grin.
"You're the Doctor, aren't you?"
"Why yes, yes I am." He said with a nod. "Don't you think it's awful cold out here? Would you like to come inside?" The Doctor said, gesturing towards the TARDIS doors.
The girl nodded, and flicked her long hair over her shoulders. The Doctor watched this action with a bemused expression.
"You know, when I was much younger, I used to wear a very long scarf," He pointed at her. "And I'd always have to keep doing that." With a small smirk, the Doctor turned and opened the doors of his ship, politely holding out his hand to let the small female human in first.
"Would you like some tea?" The Doctor requested as he walked through the doors behind the girl.
"Yes please... thank you." She replied, looking around the expanse of the console room. "It's very big."
The Doctor laughed softly. "You get used to it." He called over his shoulder from a corner of the room. He began to pick his way back carefully with a pair of teacups, handing one to his new friend and inviting her to sit down.
She obliged, seating herself next to him on a pair of chairs off to the side of the main console. She blew gently on the hot tea through pursed lips. The Doctor watched her over his own cup.
"Two sugars?" He asked as she sipped it.
"Perfect." She said happily. He continued to gaze at her.
"Now we're comfortable, there's a few questions I believe need answering, don't you think?"
She nodded. "I'm Andromeda."
"Oooh," The Doctor half-gasped. "That's..."
"Long?" She smiled. Most people call me Adie."
"Then I shall also, my dear." He bowed his head respectfully.
Andromeda laughed. "You're very polite, Doctor."
He looked somewhat cofused by this statement, as if not knowing how to take it.
"Don't worry, not meant insultively. It's just unusual" She looked into his bright, blue eyes.
He ran a hand through his long, curled hair. "Well... I hold myself to be quiet an unusual person." He said, probably sounding slightly more seductive than he'd intended. He looked into Adie's eyes briefly and then down into his tea.
She rescued him from the awkwardness. "Any more questions?" She asked with a grin.
The Doctor coughed and looked back up at her. "Well, yes actually." He set his teacup down on a small table to his left and leant forward to stare intently at Andromeda.
"How was it possible that you knew my name before I had told you it?"
"Research, Doctor. Research." She smirked. "Nothing interesting. Now, I've got one for you." She copied the Doctor's previous actions, setting her tea down and and then leaning forward, linking her hands. "How come, you let a young human girl into your time a space ship after only meeting her a few minutes previously?"
"Ah." He said quietly. "That's a bit harder to explain. He sat up straight. "Well, it's a little like how a human has memories, but instead of things that have already happened, they are of things that will happen."
"Memories of the future." She simplified.
"Exactly." He grinned, picking up his teacup again and draining it. "And you, I believe I remember you because sometime after this day, you travel with me, as my companion." He grinned again. "How exciting."
Adie had been staring into his eyes the whole time he was speaking. Unsure of whether she'd took any of this in, he awaited her reply.
"Doctor?"
"Yes, my dear?" He looked into her deep, green eyes questioningly.
"How old are you?" She asked unexpectedly. "Because your body looks about 40, but your eyes say so, so much more."
"Over 900 now." He replied simply, as if this was perfectly normal. "And you are...?"
"17."
The Doctor smiled. "Just a child, bright and inquisitive." A grin flooded across his face. "I love humans!" He exclaimed joyously.
"I'm hardly a child, Doctor. I'll be 18 in a month and then I'm offically an adult." She retorted smugly, with a similar grin.
"Well, well. You'll be wanting to stay home for that then?"
Andromeda's grin faded, and she looked suddenly blank. "There's no one for me to stay with..."
The Doctor gazed down at her sympathetically. "No parents?" Adie shook her head, raising her hand to wipe a tear from her cheek.
"Oh Adie..." The Doctor said sadly. He pulled his chair in closer to hers and brought her into a comforting embrace. She nuzzled her head into his frilled collar and he stroked her head gently. "I'm all alone too." He commented, staring off at the roof of the TARDIS. He felt Adie sob gently and tightened his grip around her. "I'll look after you." He said warmly. "The lonely should stick together, don't you think?" He looked down at Andromeda, smiled sympathetically and pressed a gentle kiss on top of her head.

Right, a fic. Well, the start of a fic.

Here you go.

Please feel free to review and comment and stuff.

Here it is!

"Rhona."
The word a breath. Floating through the air into a suspecting ear.
"Master..." Piecing green eyes broke through the darkness and gazed upon the handsome face of the Master. The young girl, called Rhona, placed a hand on his chest, feeling his double heartbeat fast under her palm.
A sharp pain shot through her head, she jolted and cringed, raising both her hands to her forehead, the warmth of the Master's body still on her fingertips.
The Master placed a pair of his slender fingers to her temple and closed his eyes.
"What is wrong with you?" He inquired to no-one, eyebrows lowered into a frown.
Rhona opened her eyes and broke the mental contact with him.
"I'm fine. It's gone." She assured him, her eyes saying otherwise. The brightness that was there before now diminished.
She looked away.

* * *

"Students, we have a new pupil today. He has been transferred from the house of Lungbarrow, therefore initiated into our Academy. I'd like you to make him very welcome."
Rhona looked down over the heads of her fellow students, at where her teacher was standing, hand on the shoulder of a tall, skinny boy of about her age, with ruffled hair and a tight brown and black suit.
He noted her staring at him and threw her a wink. She felt herself blushing and looked down at her notepad, where complex Gallifreyan was scrawled across the page.
She heard the Professor invite the boy to take a seat.
"Sure, where'd you want me to take it, Sir?" The newcomer grinned cheekily.
A few people in the lecture hall, including the Professor, laughed. Rhona felt herself let out a giggle and next to her the Master, smiling, shook his head at the joke.
The young man took a gentle jog up the stairs which led to the rows of seats in the hall. Rhona became consciously aware that there was an empty seat next to her and this mysteriously un-named stranger was heading straight for it.

Despite his arrival having been only a mere minute ago, the newcomer already appeared very much at home.
He shuffled to recline in the hard-backed chair as he observed his fellow students. He turned to Rhona, a hint of a smile playing across his face.
"Hello."
"Hell-.. what is your name anyway?"
"Oh, well. Er.. About that." He reached up to scratch his head thoughtfully, a small smile on his face. "I don't know, to be honest. Back in Lungbarrow I was known as Sigma so... I guess you may as well call me that until I can think of something better."
He grinned, and somehow the image caught in her mind, inconveniently drowning out all else.
"Rhona? Rhona!"
Awareness hit her like a stone. She looked down to see her teacher, who's face was furrowed in a querying expression.
"I asked you to state the fourth of Golbouh's Rules relating to Rematerialisation, which I expect you were paying attention to."
"I..." she began, the one syllable trailing meaninglessly into nothing.
"Don't worry, I sometime have that effect on people." Sigma whispered to her quietly with a smirk and a small wink.
The Professor gave Rhona a disapproving glance and then called out to the rest of the class.
"Would anyone like to prove to me that the lot of you aren't asleep in your seats!"
The Master responded, his low voice echoing about the room as he recited Golbouh's rule with the accuracy of a talking textbook.
"Who's the class genius then?" Sigma asked, tilting his head slightly to get a better view of Rhona's face and the older male sitting beside her.
"Oh, ehm.. this is the Master, my er... boyfriend." She stuttered, watching another grin spread across Sigma's thin lips.
"Nice title." He commented, leaning over the desk to address him.
"I know." The Master winked at Sigma, reaching down to grasp Rhona's hand, smiling softly at her, then looking down to concentrate on the Professor's continued rant down below.
Rhona's face flushed slightly pink, she pulled her hand away from the Master's and glanced at Sigma. He flashed her a small, knowing smirk and began making notes for the lesson on a small notepad he'd produced from one of his inside pockets. Sigma leaned back and widened his legs slightly to make himself comfortable. A slim thigh pressed lightly against one of Rhona's as Sigma subconsciously adjusted to the position.
She felt her hearts burn.

* * *

A week passed. One short week with so much potential. The space of time for an empire to rise, or perhaps fall. Or the time for a heart, or two, to grow fonder to another. Or friendships to form from the dust.
Somehow in a slow passing week the three Gallifreyan classmates had become practically inseparable. Sigma and the Master's amazing intellects helping Rhona to progress in her learning. And all helping each other in studies they expertized in and the like.
Although, this wasn't their only activity...

“Magentas!”
This enthusiastic cry was the only warning Rhona got as she stepped through the doors of Sigma's TARDIS. A few seconds later and she was cornered and two sets of brown eyes were gazing expectantly at the basket in her hands.
Their ever-active appetites would never cease to amaze her.
“Alright!” She sighed, allowing the two young men to take the basket and it's delicious contents. “But save me one at least!”
The Master didn’t wait a second before biting into the fruit’s ripe, ruby flesh.
“Thr..ank yo'” He said around a mouthful of Magenta, blood coloured juice now leaking from the corners of his mouth. Rhona rolled her eyes and looked to Sigma for sense.
Typically, Sigma failed to eat any fruit straight away. That would be far too easy. He threw three of the red into the air. Catching two deftly in his fingertips, he angled his head to catch the last incoming fruit between the teeth.
Rhona, having seen this trick at least twice before, had little interest in whether he would successfully catch the fruit. Instead she spent the moments gazing at Sigma’s exposed neck.
It felt nice not having to worry as her boyfriend was far too busy watching the act to notice.

Well, well, well. Look who it is. Yep! Me! *shockhorror*

Er... Well, as I may or may not have before mentioned. I'm gonna be using this LiveJournal thing to post my stories and fanfiction and shiz. So... If you're interested. Feel free to watch this space. :D

The main themes (Just so you know), will be er..:
Fantasy
Science Fiction
Fanfiction (Doctor Who, probably)

Apparently I'm good at this writing lark. I don't think so, but meh. It keeps me busy so I won't complain. My main problem is that I have a distict lack of imagination. ^_^ So.. all help is very welcome. If you see me post the start of something, and you like it, then I recommend you start giving me ideas of where to go next as soon as possible, otherwise it's most likely gonna end up in Fic Heaven with everything else.

I'll start posting up old stories and things soon.

Ignus...
